Astang

असतांग योग के आठ  बिधियाँ yam, Niyam, aasan, pranayam, pratyahar, dharna, dhyan, tatha samadhi,
yog me pratayahar bidhi se shabd, sparsh, roop, swad, thatha gandh ki nirakaran karna hota hai. tab dristi ko dono bhohon ke bich lakar adhkhuli palkon se use nasagra par kendrit karna parta hai.
